Common questions

Questions we hear every AEP

Do I have to do anything during AEP?

No โ€” if you're happy with your current plan, it will typically continue. AEP is your chance to change, not a requirement to.

What happens if I miss AEP?

You'll generally need to wait for OEP (if you're on Medicare Advantage) or qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.

Can I switch during OEP if I'm on Original Medicare?

No โ€” OEP is exclusively for people already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan.

Will an advisor push me toward a specific plan?

Not with us. We're agency-neutral โ€” our advisors walk through your options across carriers, not just one.

Still not sure which window applies to you?

Tell us your situation โ€” we'll tell you exactly what applies and what your options are. No obligation.
